This red jungle fowl descendant has a special skill of survival. The wild chickens are protected in this southern town. There is a wild chicken festival every March in honor of them.They are very leary of people and will run or fly away if approached. The roosters give warning signals to the habitats like a telegraph system across neighborhoods.when danger subsides they are quiet again.The colorful rooster makes a good chicken collectible.Available in canvas,metal and acrylic.
