Description
This familiar black bird, the Boat Tailed Grackle is commonly seen around the Georgia coast. I focused in on this beauty as he was clinging to the sea grass near a sandy beach. The wind was strong and he would sway back and forth as if he was riding the wind. The tail feathers are more fanned out than the common Grackle. C 2016 Jan Gelders Photography. All Rights Reserved.
