Pelican's Profile metal print by Jan Gelders. Bring your artwork to life with the stylish lines and added depth of a metal print. Your image gets printed directly onto a sheet of 1/16" thick aluminum. The aluminum sheet is offset from the wall by a 3/4" thick wooden frame which is attached to the back. This Pelican seemed proud to have his photo taken, raising his head in a pose for the camera. The birds visit the pier and are up close to the tourists that come there.I was within a couple of feet when this image was taken. The Golden Isles of Georgia are known for their bird habitats and St. Simons Island has a wonderful assortment to bird-watch.
