This alligator stayed in the dark shadows of the green reflection most of the time I spotted him. I could not get a good image and all of a sudden he popped up at the edge of the darkness looking straight at me as to say"Boo". This made an interesting image because most of the reflection in the pond is from green trees on land toward the top of the print.The contrast of the alligator appearing near the bottom of the image creates an interesting affect and the element of surprise.An interesting wildlife collectible. © 2015 Jan Gelders Photography.All Rights Reserved.
